How to install FourEyes
Coming soon to the Shopify App Store
- Install from the Shopify App Store
When FourEyes is listed, choose Install while signed in to your Shopify admin. Until then the listing shows as coming soon and there is nothing to install.
- Review the access Shopify shows
FourEyes asks to read and change product and inventory data, which is how it reads prices and unit costs and writes the changes you approve. It asks for no order, customer or theme access.
- Let the catalog sync finish
FourEyes copies product prices and unit costs in the background. You can start a change set as soon as products appear.
- Create and approve your first change set
A second admin approves it, then you publish. The setup guide has the three steps.
How to uninstall FourEyes and delete your data
- Uninstall from your Shopify admin
Open Apps, find FourEyes and choose Delete. FourEyes stops reading and writing your store straight away.
- Data deletion
Your data is scheduled for deletion after uninstall, and Shopify sends a shop redaction request that deletes everything FourEyes holds about the store. To ask for deletion sooner, email foureyes@wharfly.app from the store owner address. Details are in the privacy policy.
Common questions
Why can I not approve my own change set?
Dual control is on by default so a second admin always reviews a change. Only the shop owner can turn it off in Settings. See approvals.
Why was my change set marked stale?
A price or cost changed in Shopify after approval, so FourEyes wrote nothing. Create a new change set from the current prices. See troubleshooting.
Why is publishing paused?
Either your first 50 free changes are used up, or your Shopify billing needs attention. The app links to Shopify's plan page. See billing.
Can I undo a published change?
Yes. Roll it back from the change set page. The rollback is a new change set with the same approval rule. See rollback.
