Who operates FourEyes. FourEyes is a brand operated by Hunain Khatri, an individual based in Malaysia. FourEyes is not a registered company. By installing or using FourEyes, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.

1. The service

FourEyes helps store staff stage price, compare-at price and unit-cost changes, route them for approval, publish them to Shopify, verify the result and roll them back. FourEyes is a tool, not a pricing or legal adviser. You remain responsible for the prices, costs and approvals you publish. Shopify remains the system of record.

2. Shopify

FourEyes is provided through the Shopify App Store and is subject to Shopify's terms. You need a Shopify store and the permissions required to install apps. FourEyes is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc.

3. Pricing and billing

• The first 50 published and verified changes are free.
• After that, FourEyes costs 5 USD every 30 days for unlimited changes, and the paid plan starts with a 14 day free trial.
• A change is one price, compare-at price or unit-cost field on one variant that was successfully published and verified. Drafts, rejected, stale or failed items and rollbacks do not count.
• Charges, renewals, taxes and refunds are handled by Shopify Billing. Cancel from the app or your Shopify subscription settings.
• We may change the price with advance notice in the app or the App Store listing.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use FourEyes to break the law, infringe rights, access another merchant's data, probe or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or misrepresent an approval. Do not use it to publish misleading prices or evade Shopify's protections.

5. Your data

You own your catalog data. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the app, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process any personal data you add to a change note.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep FourEyes available, but the service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance, Shopify API changes or events outside our control. Support is available at foureyes@wharfly.app. Do not rely on FourEyes as the only record of a price change.

7. Intellectual property

FourEyes, its name, logo and software are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of the app. You may not copy or resell the service without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue or loss of data arising from your use of FourEyes. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using FourEyes by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required by Shopify or law. Data handling after termination is described in the privacy policy.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you a different right. Contact foureyes@wharfly.app.
