Use your own AI assistant with Wharfly.

Connect the assistant you already use. It reads your purchase orders and suppliers, suggests changes, and waits for you to approve each one.

How it works.

  1. Add the connector. In your assistant, add a custom connector and paste the address shown under AI in Wharfly.
  2. Approve the connection. Wharfly asks you to approve it inside your Shopify admin. You see the assistant's name and what it can do.
  3. Ask a question. For example: which purchase orders are overdue, or which suppliers are slower than their stated lead time.
  4. Review the suggestions. Changes the assistant proposes wait in your AI inbox. Nothing changes until you press Approve.

What it can and cannot do.

It can read

Purchase orders and their lines, supplier terms and notes, and recent receipts.

It can suggest

A new expected arrival date, a note on a purchase order, a supplier lead time, or a supplier note.

It cannot change Shopify

The connector accepts only the four kinds of suggestion above, so it has no way to change prices, stock or orders in your store. It cannot apply a suggestion itself. You approve it in Wharfly.

Contacts are not shared

Supplier contact names, email addresses and account numbers are not shared with the assistant. The connector returns a fixed list of fields, and those are not in it.

Your data and your control.

  • Wharfly has no AI of its own and does not train any model on your data.
  • Only the assistant you connect receives your data, under that provider's own terms. Choose a provider you trust.
  • Every read and every suggestion is written to a log you can see in Wharfly.
  • Disconnect any assistant in one click. Uninstalling Wharfly cuts off every connection.
  • Moving to a lower plan stops the assistant straight away.
