The service

Wharfly helps merchants manage purchase orders, suppliers, demand planning and payables for their Shopify store. Features vary by plan, and we may change or improve the app over time.

Plans and billing

Wharfly offers a free plan and paid monthly plans. Paid plans are charged through your Shopify bill and renew every 30 days until you change or cancel the plan. Prices are shown on our website and in the app. Refunds follow Shopify's app billing policies.

Your data

You own the data you put into Wharfly and the data in your Shopify store. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, try to break or overload it, access another merchant's data, or use it for anything unlawful.

Your responsibility for decisions

Demand suggestions, reorder quantities and any AI generated output are aids to your judgment. You are responsible for what you order and pay. Check figures before you send a purchase order or make a payment.

Availability and support

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Wharfly at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. On uninstall, our privacy policy describes what happens to your data.

Liability
